We are located in Roslyn, Washington, snuggled up on the East side of the Cascade Mountain Range with it's Pine Trees and recognizable four seasons. Nothing, but beautiful all over the place: a historical coal mining town.
We are a HUD Section 8 subsidized property for seniors 62 years of age or older, or disabled households of any age. We have project-based subsidy, so you will only pay 30% of your income for rent. All utilities are paid. We have one bedroom apartments
in a garden setting with planting areas and a lovely community room.
